Hilbish Ford is looking for two enthusiastic and customerfocused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team! What Youll Do:
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing expert guidance
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features with confidence
- Work closely with teammates and managers to meet and exceed sales goals
- Stay up to date on inventory and industry trends
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and longterm connections
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and a problemsolving mindset
What Were Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish Thats a huge plus! (But not required)
- Experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative teamoriented mindset
- A passion for helping people and providing topnotch customer service
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
