Job Description
Per Diem General Surgeon Opportunity at Memorial Hospital in Los Banos CA
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient Clinic: 2 days per week with an average of 15 patients per day.
- Operating Room: 1 block weekly with an average of 6 elective cases.
- Emergency Department: 3 to 5 consults per shift.
- Shifts: 24hour coverage including inpatient and clinic hours.
- Experience: Board Certified General Surgeon with 1 years of surgical experience including endoscopies/colonoscopies and laparoscopic surgeries (hernias and colons).
- Skills: Strong communication skills and high patient satisfaction scores.
- Work Environment: Collaborative team with a proven record of clinical excellence.
- Schedule: Predictable with 4 to 7 shifts per month; more shifts available in the future.
- Team: Practice with 1.5 physician FTEs.
