The opportunity
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with our client stakeholders to understand use cases and key business processes that the AI solutions will support.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams architects engineers to translate requirements in robust AI solutions integrating without clients technology stack
- Continuously learn experiment and test new AI tools platforms technologies and techniques.
- Create comprehensive test plans for AIbased applications covering functional performance security and ethical considerations

- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with cloudbased AI services (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)
- 2 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions including at least 1 year of AI/ML testing experience.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Tensorflow PyTorch or Scikitlearn.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git)
- Experience working in agile development environments.
Ideally youll also have
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks for AI systems including bias testing performance testing and security testing.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI frameworks.
- Experience with testing tools such as DeepChecks or similar AIfocused.
- Experience in API integration and development.
- This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role
