Work Expectations & Schedule
- Fulltime position with a hybrid remote schedule
- Mandatory inoffice attendance on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
Candidate Parameters
- Prior experience in a law firm is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with New Business Intake software is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and discretion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
