Job Description
Warwick Castle have a fantastic opportunity for several Food & Beverage Assistantsto join our Knights Village Restaurant team!
We are looking for fun guest focused team members who enjoy the thrill of working in hospitality. Join us to work at Warwick Castle home to incredible shows and spectacular events!
After an actionpacked day our guests retire to the Knights Village Hotel and Lodges and are welcomed with our funloving personalities as we focus on creating a truly memorable dining experience.
If youve not worked in hospitality before but have an energetic and friendly personality we would love to hear from you! All training is provided and you will be supported by your managers and team throughout your training period.
The hourly rates for this role are 11.44 21 8.60 1820 and 7.60 1617 paid fortnightly.
The hours of work are:
Dinner Service Shift 3pm 11pm
This is a permanent role role with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming our guests with your funloving confident personality and making them feel at home whilst they dine with us.
- Communicating with your team members to ensure food and drinks are served in a timely manner.
- Processing orders through the till and taking card payments efficiently.
- Following your food safety training to keep an clean and safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Putting our guests at the centre of everything you do making them smile laugh and have a fantastic time whilst they stay with us!
