Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our training programs to corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate training needs excellent communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the companys client base.
Identify and prioritize key prospects within the corporate sector for our training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients understanding their training needs and providing customized solutions.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our training programs to prospective clients showcasing their value and benefits.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market developments.
Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Proven track record of success in corporate sales preferably in the training or education sector. Strong understanding of corporate training needs and industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our training programs.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients at various levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
Highly motivated selfstarter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
