Job Description
We are seeking a FullTime Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient hospital team. This role is primarily focused on admitting patients to Shodair ensuring a smooth and thorough admission process that supports both the patient and the care team.
While the core responsibility is patient admissions this RN may occasionally be called upon to provide direct patient care on the unit including tasks such as medication administration blood draws and other skilled nursing duties. The ability to step in and work as a floor nurse when needed including responding to CRTs and participating in CPI is essential.
Position Highlights:
- Fulltime role with consistent hours
- Primary focus: Patient admissions
- Secondary support: Direct patient care as needed
- Shift: Five 8s 10:00 AM 6:00 PM OR three 12s 8:30 AM 9:30 PM; with variable days based on hospital needs.
- Eligible for shift differentials overtime and incentives
- $2000 onetime signon bonus

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Montana or in any state recognized under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Prior experience in psychiatric nursing or patient admissions preferred
