Job Description
An ABA company is seeking a New Family Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for new families. This role will involve speaking with families gathering necessary information and ensuring a smooth transition to the assigned case manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- New Family Onboarding:
- Communicate with new families to introduce them to the services offered.
- Gather necessary information and documentation to ensure a smooth transition to their assigned case manager.
- Answer any initial questions families may have about the process or services.
- Case Manager Coordination:
- Coordinate the handoff of families to the appropriate case manager.
- Ensure families are matched with the right case manager based on their needs.
- Support & Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with families throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist families in completing any necessary forms or documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns that arise during the transition.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with families.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or case management is a plus but not required.
- Empathetic and patient with new families going through the intake process.
