Job Description
Black Titan Fuddruckers is looking for hard working energetic people to join our team.At Fuddruckers youll enjoy an improved quality of life thats unique in the hospitality industry. We are currently looking for experienced Fuddruckers Grill Cook to join our team.

The Grill Cookis responsible for coordinating and executing the preparation of our guests meals following Fuddruckers specifications and procedures in a timely manner. TheCook must have extensive knowledge of menu items ingredients and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months prior cooking experience in the restaurant industry
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to speak read and write using a minimal amount of the English language
- Be able to withstand the pressures of working in close quarters standing for hours at a time working near hot grills and deep fryers
- Must possess excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
- Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a team player with a high since of urgency
- Ability to handle stress appropriately
- Ability to cross train in other areas as needed
- Problem solver that has the ability to adapt and overcome
- Activities include but are not limited to walking or standing for 6 to 8 hours at a time reaching stooping lifting up to 50 pounds carrying talking and sitting
- Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity
QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful applicant must have the following:
*2 years experience in the food industry
*Knowledge of safe food handling practices and the ability to pass food safety exams and/or trainings;
*Must have a team player attitude dependable reliable and respectable; exemplify leadership qualities and professionalism with excellent customer service skills.
*Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work such as agility dexterity and long periods of walking standing bending carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 20pounds or more.
