Job Description

Role would include:

  • Data entry of Engineering Loss Control System (ELCS) input population and tracking.
  • Report Transmittal and Recommendation Followup with Brokers
  • Property Loss Control Fee Reports
  • Monthly Quoting reports
  • Track hit ratios from brokers/regions and opportunities to target from prior year
  • Account Review template preparation of new and existing accounts
  • Able to create moderately complex reports combing data from multiple sources
  • Assist in form template creation for group
  • Travel and Expense Booking
  • Performs other related administrative support duties as requested

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 5 years experience in Administration
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Power BI experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and timemanage in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail; must be organized and able to multitask
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
