Job Purpose
To execute monitor operate the WHR Plant Project.
To organise smooth commissioning and handover of the WHR power plant
To provide uninterrupted power supply to main plant after commissioning of WHR Plant.
To plan organise coordinate and monitor for of Electrical maintenance activities related to WHR power generation.
To maximise plant availability improving productivity and minimising maintenance cost without compromising on environment health and safety in the department of Maintenance of WHR power plant.
Ensuring Zero Accident in E&I Department during and running of Power Project.

Knowledge wood ward governing system Knowledge of CAPEX proposals and executing CAPEX projects Team working and Presentation skill.

Job Context:
UltraTech Cement Ltd. is the largest manufacturer of grey cement Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and white cement in India. It is also one of the leading cement producers globally. The company has a consolidated capacity of 132.45 Million Tones Per Annum (MTPA) of grey cement. UltraTech Cement has 23 integrated plants 1 Clinkerization plant 27 grinding units and 7 bulk terminals post the Century merger. Its operations span across India UAE Bahrain Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
UltraTech Rawan Cement plant started its Line 1 operation in early 90s with the capacity of 1 MTPA commissioned in March 1995 as Grasim Cement Unit. This was setup to capture the Eastern Cluster deficit market. In March2013 Line 2 Clinkerization unit was commissioned along with clinker bulk loading facility currently consolidated capacity of Rawan Cement is 6.5 MTPA. Rawan Cement Works also has Captive Thermal Power Plant with a total capacity of 55 MW Waste Heat Recovery System with capacity of 20.4 MW and 10.8 MW Solar Power Plant. The plant has a state of art technology viz. Vertical Roller Mills from Loesch Germany for grinding limestone and coal Kiln and cooler from L&T/FLS Denmark CombiGrinding Cement Mill with Roller Press from KHD Germany Finish Grinding Slag Grinding Roller Press from Krupp Polysius Germany Cross belt analyser from Gamma Metrics USA for online analysis of Limestone XRay analyser Cem Scanner from FLS Denmark.

Major Challenges:
To reduce Breakdowns and motor burning for improving plant availability.
Develop a skilled maintenance team to achieve the above goals.
Safe & zero Accident / Incident during WHR project
Key Result Areas
Planning / scheduling of periodic and major maintenance / overhauling work
Continuous review of the Project schedules activities and action taken to remove the huddles.
Regular meeting with EPC team for an effective and progressive project schedule.
Communicating and follow up with EPC for rectifying the entire defect list.
Developing a commissioning Team for certifying the commissioning activities
Regular departmental meeting to know the requirements of subordinates.
Arranging PPE & all required tools / tackles to the WHR Plant staff.
Ensure proper adherence of safety norms.
Finding and elimination of Safety hazards in the Electrical activities.
Plant round & observations.
Analyzing breakdowns & planning for Corrective action.
Planning & organizing AMC/ Maintenance plans.
Organizing condition monitoring/ testing.
Planning / scheduling of periodic and major maintenance / overhauling work..
Having knowledge and trouble shooting of HT & LT breaker Turbine synchronization Generator protection AVRVVFD To assist other department to carry out break down Ensures break down if any are attended immediately without much of generation loss
