The Role

The Senior Manager Corporate Systems will lead a diverse team of system administrators developers and integration engineers. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management of corporate applications infrastructure and integrations ensuring seamless operation governance and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong technical background leadership experience and the ability to drive both operational and strategic initiatives in a fastpaced environment.

This role can be hybrid or 100 US based Eastern Time Zone highly preferred

How youll contribute

  • Software Development and Administration
  • Establish implement and enforce software development and administration standards for corporate applications and systems to ensure consistent secure and efficient operations.
  • Implement and enforce troubleshooting and problemresolution processes to ensure swift issue resolution and continuous system reliability.
  • Manage upgrades and enhancements for hosted and cloudbased applications and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with IT and other functional teams to ensure alignment on organizational needs including data management system functionality integrations and reporting.
  • Change and Release Management:
  • Define implement and manage the Release Management process to standardize system updates and ensure that updates and releases follow defined procedures for smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
  • Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process ensuring that all proposed changes to systems are inventoried reviewed and approved prior to implementation/deployment.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Manage and mentor a team of technical resources including system administrators developers and integration engineers.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture ensuring that talent is developed skills are upskilled and individuals are set up for future growth opportunities and career progression.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure best practices in software development and administration.
  • Lead efforts to implement AI tools and techniques within the team to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

If you have the attributes skills and experience listed below we want to hear from you

  • Proven experience in corporate systems administration (ERP administration is a must) release management SDLC processes and system integrations
  • Proven experience leading and developing technical teams including developers and system administrators.
  • Handson experience with ticketing and work management systems (Jira or similar platforms) and documentation management/wiki systems (Confluence or similar)
  • Experience implementing and managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes and governance in a corporate IT environment.
  • Knowledge of onpremise and cloud computing infrastructure and database technologies
  • Deep understanding of release management processes SDLC best practices and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on both the technical and business implications of decisions.
  • Ability to drive change and process improvement in a highly complex environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies in IT and software development.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Corporate applications: Microsoft AX or D365 ERP preferred Procure to Pay tools (Coupa Ariba etc. Travel and Expense systems (Concur Emburse etc. HRIS (Dayforce Workday Success Factors etc. Finance (Adaptive Planning etc. CRM/Sales Ops Platforms (Salesforce etc.
  • Coding tools frameworks and languages (Visual Studio .NET C# X etc.
  • Windows and MS SQL Server
  • Experience in managing or implementing AIbased tools and methodologies in coding and system administration.
  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in IT management including experience managing technical teams such as developers system administrators and integration engineers.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. A Masters degree or certifications in relevant areas (e.g. ITIL PMP) is a plus.
