We are looking for a
Lab Technician Synthetic Lab (m/f/d)
to join our BMI Technical Center in Heusenstamm (near Frankfurt a.M. as soon as possible in fulltime employment.
Your Responsibilities:
Execute lab testing related to product and technology development (R&D) in the field of synthetic membrane technology
Analyse test and validate new raw materials
Analyse test and validate production runs results for new products
Document interpret and report the testing results
Improve and develop new testing and evaluation procedures for projectrelated developments
Support the introduction of new quality measurement methods
Calibrate and maintain laboratory test equipment
Collaborate with other global BMI Technical Center departments including analytical methods teams
Provide technical support for internal users of synthetic membranes across the BMI Group.
Your Profile:
Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician or a degree in materials engineering plastics engineering or a related field
Initial work experience in Plastics & Polymer Technology Processing or Analytics preferably in PVCP & TPO
Knowledge of analytical methods for polymers
First experience in project work is advantageous
Structured and independent working style
Strong team player flexible mindset with intercultural competence
Good English and German knowledge skills.
