BluePearl Specialty Emergency Pet Hospital in NE Portland (Hollywood) is looking for fulltime Critical Care CVT to join our team! Shifts are daytime; Wednesday Saturday. We offer competitive pay and shift differentials.

This is a fulltime position in our ER/ICU that requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. We have openings on daytime swing and overnight shifts!

As a Critical Care Veterinary Technician you will:
Triage obtain patient history assist in medical records and client
communication
Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
Place peripheral IVCs and advanced catheters such as Central Lines or PICC lines.
Monitor and care for hospitalized patients
Perform diagnostics and outpatient care
Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent advanced medicine to your patients
Have a passion for mentoring and training other coworkers.
Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
