Sentar is seeking a SR ERP Business Analyst in Huntsville AL!
The Headquarters (HQ) Army Materiel Command (AMC) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Support Services provide modernization integration and improvements to the Enterprise of AMC. This work directly supports modernization and integration efforts to improve Army ERPs in a collaborative matrix environment with mission Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition Logistics and Technology (ASAALT) Army Materiel Commands Major Subordinate Commands Major Subordinate Commands the Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMC) supporting industrial base locations distributed offices and other Program Managers to integrate and modernize the Army logistics automation environment. These organizations leverage industry best practice using the Armys SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms the Armys Business Enterprise Architecture (A BEA) and the Army Logistics Enterprise. Business processes align to applicable Department of Defense (DoD) EndtoEnd (E2E) business processes.
Role Description:
Lead meetings workgroups and IPTs towards mission objectives.
Conduct Business Process Reengineering (BPR) analysis and provide evaluation.
Conduct briefings develop presentations and provide a summary of minutes and/or executive summary.
Develop work products and documentation (i.e. memos SOPs etc..
Serve as a subject matter expert associated with content processes and procedures associated with ERP.
Define requirements analyze business needs and validate solutions with the customer.
Detail requirements through the product development and other functions to support the project team.
Evaluate development projects and assist in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs.
Qualifications:
Clearance Level: Secret
Education: Minimum Bachelors from accredited college/university
Experience:
5 years experience for the Intermediate level or 10 years experience and a Masters for the Senior level
Knowledge of Defense Business Systems and Logistics Domain Portfolio
Experience with Army tasker system (ETMS2
Experience with Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS)
Recommended:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within a Army 4star command.
Knowledge of Army organizational echelons stakeholders and missions.
Experience using Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the following AMC ERP systems:
- Logistics Modernization Program (LMP
- Global Combat Support SystemArmy (GCSSArmy)
- General Funds Enterpise Business System (GFEBS)
- Army Enterprises Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Hub
- Army Enterprise Business SystemConvergence (EBSC)
- Single Army Logistics Enterprise (SALE) concept
