Job Description
- Ability to accurately process invoices on a schedule set by management
- Ability to accurately post payments to customer accounts
- Ability to process credit card transactions
- Ability to research payment issues and bring to a prompt resolution
- Accurately prepares daily bank deposit
- Ability to research unapplied cash on a regular basis
- Ability to maintain existing schedules for invoicing receipts and statement generation
- Assists in monthly management reporting as requested
- Ability to maintain organized digital files for retention and follow the retention schedule
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required college level accounting classes or Accounting Degree a plus
- 46 years handson Account experience
- Basic computer skills and word processing
- Good mathematical background
- Experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems is preferred
- Ability to sort check count and verify numbers
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work efficiently
- Ability to listen communicate (written and verbal) excellent grammar spelling and proof readings skills following up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers
- Ability to work independently be a selfstarter energetic
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
- Flexibility to adapt to all situations
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced everchanging work environment
- Ability to anticipate work need sand follow through with minimum direction
- Willingness to be a Team Player and work well with others
