The ViceChancellor Business Services created this position for the successful candidate to learn about the core roles and responsibilities comprising the Austin Community College (the College) Districts Business Services Office. The successful candidate will contribute to developing a plethora of highimpact deliverables while working alongside team members at all levels of the Finance & Administration (F&A) organisation. This position reports to the ViceChancellor Business Services or a director and liaises with students faculty staff external business partners and the community.Job Description:
Description of Duties and Tasks
Works in a team environment to perform a plethora of administrative tasks.
Assists with ongoing initiatives projects and special projects (e.g. annual Districtwide inventory) and other duties as assigned.
Collaborates with others to address our business partners concerns.
Helps to research and compile data for stakeholders.
Provides recommendations for new procedures or best practices to improve efficiency.
Knowledge
Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing listens to coworkers directives and provide exemplary customer service to our business partners.
Selfmotivated individual who can work independently or as part of a team.
Pays attention to detail and follows through on work assignments.
A responsible person who adheres to the Colleges protocols and guidelines.
