Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves financial organization enjoys working with diverse teams and has the expertise to keep our financial records spotless. Preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
Managing accounts payable and receivable efficiently
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Assisting with audits and preparing relevant financial documentation
Leading and mentoring junior bookkeeping staff
Overseeing cash flow payroll processing and bank transactions
Utilizing advanced accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero Sage)
Handling VAT tax returns and financial reporting
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience with at least 2 years in a senior role
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
A proactive problemsolver with great time management skills
Experience in managing financial records for small to mediumsized businesses is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and stakeholders
Qualification:
A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
