Quantity Surveyor
Working 2 days per week from one of our offices in Newcastle or Durham with Hybrid and Flexible working
Travel on average 1 day per month
Permanent full time 37.5 hours per week)
Salary circa 44000 per annum plus brilliant benefits including health cash plan!

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to work with purpose and flexibility Whether its a site visit to assess costs finetuning budgets from home or catching up with the team at one of our offices this role offers variety and autonomy. Youll join our Commercial Team in Repairs and Maintenance where your expertise will help us deliver costeffective highquality repairs for our customers.

What youll do
- Collaborate with trades managers subcontractors and suppliers to deliver highquality costeffective repairs and maintenance.
- Visit sites to measure and value works negotiate costs and ensure budgets stay on track.
- Analyse contractor performance manage relationships and uphold commercial excellence.
- Use workorder systems to ensure accurate scheduling and data recording.
- Monitor budgets and ensure financial coding is spoton every month.
- Act as a proactive partner ensuring customer needs are central to everything we do.

- A Quantity Surveying qualification and a sharp commercial mind.

Job details
- Monday to Friday flexible working hours. Were also open to discussing a work pattern with you that is close to full time.
- Youll manage your own diary.
- This is a hybrid role based from one of our officesNewcastle or Durham 2 days per week) from home
- Youll initially look after colleagues and stakeholders in the south and will ravel to meet with them on average 1 day per month.
Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship we are not able to offer sponsorship toexternalcandidates for this role. This remains under regular review.
