Who You Will Be Supporting
In this role you will have the amazing opportunity to support AM
- He gets along well with others and lives independently.

Responsibilities Well Help You Master
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and fulfilling their dreams by having a personcentered focus.
- Teach independent living and daily skills to the personsserved by identifying and meeting social environmental and health care needs such as daily grooming and personal care routines.
- Actively plans coordinates and participates with residents in social activities including frequent community outings.
- Instructs supports and participates in performing household tasks with persons served such as cleaning preparing meals food shopping etc.
The Ideal Candidate
- Earned High School Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution.
- Able to communicate effectively with the individuals to whom services are provided
- Should have experience working with people with intellectual disabilities or with other types of special needs populations
- Have patience and positive coaching skills to assist AM with successfully reaching his goals.
- Enjoy being active and proactively partner with AM while engaging in activities events and volunteer efforts of choice.
- Will be resourceful in researching community activities volunteer efforts and enjoy introducing new ideas.
