Job Description

Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
Support business or product spocs to drive business numbers by communicating right offers to right set of customers through various channels of communicationDuties and Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Accountabilities associated with the job)
Designing Campaigns:
Responsible to drive EMI Card transactions in B2B ecosystem
Responsible for communicating partner offers to their acquired base
Design and run daily offer & stimulation campaigns
Customer selection and selecting the right channel of communication

Performance Monitoring:
Define drive & monitor stimulation of campaigns for EMI card customer to drive EMI card transactions
Engagement with Business Marketing Analytics and Product teams to drive campaign efficiency metrics
Monitoring of all campaigns and publish MIS to stakeholders

Stakeholder Management:
Support Business & Product SPOCs to meet business objective from channels of communication with a view of meeting the organizational objectives
Liaise with external vendors or support executives
Liaise with inter & intra department SPOCs to deliver projects numbers & KPIs

(Challenges faced on an ongoing basis in carrying out the job)
Business escalations cause by technology glitch or difficulties
Dependency on external vendors & tech teams for day to day activities like data upload banner upload etc

Prioritization of work
Trade Offs with external & internal stakeholders for getting projects or campaign delivered within time

Internal Clients

Coordinate with business or product spocs for campaign
Coordinate with inter department spocs for tech & data support
Coordinate with intra department spocs for data support & analysis
Performance updates & meeting with business or product spocs
Support Customer service teams for resolution w.r.t escalations

Offer aggregator Vendors

Post Graduation MBA

b)Work Experience
Total Experience: 3 years and above
Relevant Experience: 1 3 years
1.Prior experience in Campaign management is an added advantage
2.Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
3.Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills
4.High motivational levels and being a selfstarter are essentials
