As a Maternal Child and Health Nurse (MCHN) you will improve outcomes for children and their families by your commitment to strengthsbased practice to educate and empower the families.The MCH service provides a comprehensive and focused approach for the promotion prevention and early intervention of the physical emotional and social factors affecting young children and their families.

About the Role
As the MCHN your role is centred around health promotion wellbeing safety learning and developmental outcomes for children and their families. MCH Service provides a holistic approach to the physical emotional and social factors affecting families in contemporary society.

About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be registered with AHPRA as a Division one nurse and midwife and hold an accredited post graduate degree in Maternal and Child Health Nursing.
Previous experience working in the Universal program is desirable.
