Job Description

We are having a BLAST at Mad Science! We launch rockets demonstrate lasers teach children about the prehistoric world of dinosaurs become secret agents build robots and more! You will inspire the next generation of scientists through our innovative activities that show kids what science is really all about. As a Mad Science Camp Counselor you will lead students through an inquirybased discovery method involving instructor demonstrations handson experiments and amazing takehome projects that will illustrate how science affects the world around us. Mad Science is the worlds leading provider of fun science programs for elementaryaged children.

We are currently looking for energetic individuals to experience a unique working environment and join our growing team to provide the best STEM enrichment camps in Virginia!

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working with groups of children aged 610
Are available to work full time for the week of April 14thApril 18th
Are outgoing and have a fun personality

Position Description

As a Mad Science Camp Counselor you will be responsible for teaching our summer camp curriculum to a group of elementaryaged children each week. Our camp day runs from 9 am to 4 pm. We provide all the materials as well as a paid training on all the content. All you need to do is bring your eagerness to learn and we give you all the tools you need to deliver an amazing summer for our campers! Mandatory training and orientation will be conducted during the weekend before camp. Position pay

SPECIAL Spring Camp base pay of $750 for the week!
Bonus pay for certified teachers!
Additional pay for training

Zoom interviews will be conducted in midMarch/early April. We will reach out to you to schedule one upon receiving your application.

Compensation: $750.00 per week
