Job Description
Description of the role:
As a Kia Shop Foreman at Steven Automotive you will be responsible for overseeing the service department operations ensuring efficient and highquality repairs for all Kia vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and service advisors
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team
- Perform quality control checks on completed repairs
- Maintain a clean safe and organized workshop
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role in an automotive service setting
- Strong technical knowledge of Kia vehicles and repair processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- ASE certification is preferred
