Job Description
We are looking for a female Accounts Receivable specialist to join a parttime real estate office in Boro Park (BP). The role includes managing rent collections tenant followups and various other accounts receivable duties. The position operates within a femaleonly environment and offers flexible working hours from 10 AM to 4 PM providing an hourly rate of $25. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in real estate or accounting who is looking for a parttime position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage rent collections and ensure timely payments.
- Follow up with tenants regarding outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to tenant payments and account management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts receivable or real estaterelated work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a femaleonly environment.

Salary: $25 per hour
