As a Warranty/Service Advisor youll be a key player in our service department ensuring seamless workflow and topnotch customer service. Youll handle warranty claims repair orders and administrative tasks all while collaborating with a fantastic team and gaining valuable firsthand experience in the automotive industry. If youre a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer satisfaction this opportunity is your perfect fit!
Repair Order & Warranty Processing
Manage PreDelivery Inspections (P.D.I. and internal repair orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Track submit and follow up on warranty claims addressing rejections and reconciling manufacturer credit memos.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
Customer Service & Coordination
Schedule and confirm customer appointments provide expert guidance on warranty coverage estimates and service needs.
Collaborate with the Service Sales and Parts Departments to resolve discrepancies and keep operations running smoothly.
Administrative & Quality Control
Maintain accurate service records and warranty documentation.
Monitor repair order flow flag jobs for quality inspections and uphold safety and service standards.
Stay up to date with industry knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
Automotive service experience is an asset butnot requiredwere happy to train the right candidate!
At least one year of customer service experience.
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skillsyou know how to listen and connect with people.
A teamfirst attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
A valid drivers license with a clean abstract.
