Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Aegon UK Lochside Crescent Edinburgh Park EH12 9SE
You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and tidy organizing stock maintaining the dishwasher and assisting chefs in basic food preparation when required.

- This is a part time position 25.5 hours per week 3 days over 7. Monday / Thursday and Friday between 7am 4pm leaving your evenings and weekends free a rarity when you work within hospitality!
- The hourly rate is 12.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Porter:
- You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwasher and surrounding areas within the kitchen cleaning and sterilizing counter tops walls and sinks.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation if required
- Receiving and storing deliveries ensuring everything is stored in the correct place and dated correctly.
- Assist both Front and Back of house staff as required.
Youll be set up for success if you have:
- Previous kitchen experience is desirable however full training will be given
- An excellent communicator and team player
