Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginias capital city and five nearby counties. Annually our four campus sites serve approximately 13000 credit students and provide training for 7400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. Reynolds is currently seeking applicants for the position of Biotechnology Instructor which will be assigned to the School of Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics on our Downtown Campus. The primary responsibility is teaching. Faculty hired in this position will be required to teach courses in the transfer and nontransfer areas. Faculty loads are normally scheduled on an average of fifteen 15 credit hours per semester. Office hours advising and collateral duty assignments are maintained. Teaching schedules may include day and evening classes and multiple campus and offcampus/online assignments. Opportunities for summer teaching will be based on student interest.
