Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and draft communication materials such as reports newsletters social media content brochures case studies and success stories.
- Support the design and of outreach and awareness campaigns to engage stakeholders including local communities government bodies and partner organizations.
- Assist in preparing highquality presentations briefs and concept notes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective coordination among project partners field teams and relevant government departments.
- Maintain communication records and support documentation for project activities ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Support media engagement efforts and liaise with journalists photographers and communication partners as needed.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for projectrelated communication and outreach initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication efforts providing periodic updates and reports.
- Assist in organizing events workshops and community engagement programs related to the project.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the project lead.
Requirements
- A Masters degree in Mass Communication Journalism Environmental Studies Public Relations or a related field.
- 24 years of relevant experience in communications content creation and stakeholder coordination preferably in the development or environmental sector.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to draft clear concise and engaging content.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive smart and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project locations
