CNC Machinist
Job Purpose

Your key responsibilities will include:
Precision Machinery Operation:Operate advanced CNC milling machines and manual mills to craft components with exceptional accuracy and quality.
Blueprint Interpretation:Leverage your expertise in reading and analyzing engineering drawings to guide manufacturing processes and ensure precision.
Quality Assurance:Conduct selfinspections of machined parts to maintain stringent quality standards ensuring every product meets exact specifications.
Safety Leadership:Champion health and safety practices by maintaining an organized workspace adhering to procedures and proactively addressing potential issues.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with colleagues to share ideas improve processes and contribute to the success of the team.
Workflow Optimization:Manage tasks efficiently within structured schedules to deliver projects on time without compromising quality.
Candidate Profile
We are open to candidates with a range of skills and experiences. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven Experience within CNC machining processes or a related field complemented by a relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship (desirable but not essential criteria).
- Demonstrated competency with lathes using Haas/Heidenheim operating systems would be highly desirable or familiarity with other relevant programming systems such as Mazatrol FANUC or Siemens
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail and quality.
- Competent in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
