Overview

Term: Temporary FullTime and Hybrid Coverage

12 18 months; weekly schedule 2 days in office/3 days remote)

As our Corporate Communications & Engagement Manager (for Leave Cover) you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives enhancing employee engagement and ensuring seamless internal communication and content across our global teams.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a strategic communications professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing brand storytelling and employee engagement.

You will report to the SVP Global Brand & Creative and be part of a small but impactful twoperson Communications team within the Global Marketing team. As the Corporate Communications & Engagement Manager you will take ownership of strategy and working closely with senior leadership Marketing and People & Culture (P&C) to drive highimpact initiatives that bring AMSs values to life.

As you sit within the creative arm of the marketing team you will have access to our freelance designers and several platforms and software to help you bring your stories to life through visuals.

Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing

Strategic Communications & Employer Brand

  • Own and execute AMSs internal communications strategy ensuring employees feel connected to our mission leadership and each other.
  • Champion AMSs employer brand by aligning internal messaging with our external brand presence.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives highlighting company culture ERGs and employee experiences across multiple platforms (LinkedIn company newsletters inperson events and intranet).
  • Identify and amplify PR opportunities within AMS such as employee achievements awards and impact stories working closely with the Global Marketing team.

Global Connectivity & Cultural Engagement

  • Bridge Time Zones and Cultures: Foster a sense of unity and collaboration among our global teams ensuring that communication transcends geographical boundaries and cultural differences.
  • Remote Collaboration: Leverage digital tools and innovative strategies to facilitate seamless information sharing and teamwork regardless of physical proximity.
  • Inclusive Communication: Develop and implement communication practices that respect and celebrate our employees diverse backgrounds and perspectives promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Content Creation & Engagement

  • Create compelling highquality communications across multiple formatswritten video and posters to engage global teams.
  • Develop multichannel content strategies including newsletters internal intranet external social media and interactive engagement campaigns.
  • Ensure a consistent and inspiring brand voice and employee experience across all internal touchpoints.

Internal Events & Cultural Initiatives

  • Plan and execute internal events (both virtual and inperson) that foster community collaboration and knowledgesharing.
  • Support Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Wellness (Financial Mental & Physical) and CSR (We Care: Charity Environment) initiatives by creating and promoting engaging content that reflects AMSs values.
  • Collaborate and support the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to highlight their initiatives encourage participation and increase companywide visibility.

Digital & Social Communications

  • Manage AMSs corporate social media presence crafting thought leadership and culturefocused content to attract top talent.
  • Provide social media toolkits for employees to amplify company initiatives and increase engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and Viva Engage.
  • Work with datadriven insights to measure engagement and optimize content strategies.

Stakeholder & Change Communications

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership ensuring key messages are delivered effectively across the company.
  • Lead change communications to ensure smooth transitions during companywide updates rebrands or global initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for crossfunctional collaboration that drive engagement and enhance companywide transparency.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory duties.

Unfortunately we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

The compensation for this temporary role is in the range of $60000 $68000 for 12 months. The successful candidates compensation will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position market considerations budgetary considerations geography as well as the candidates skill set level of experience and qualifications. This temporary role is not eligible for benefits other than statutory.

What Were Looking For

MustHave Skills & Experience

  • Internal Communications Expertise Proven experience in internal comms employee engagement or employer branding within a global organization.
  • Marketing & Brand Storytelling Strong understanding of content marketing brand messaging and digital communications.
  • Strategic Thinking Ability to align communication strategies with company goals and employee engagement priorities.
  • MultiChannel Content Creation Excellent writing editing and visual storytelling skills across different formats (email video social events podcasts).
  • Social Media & Digital Communications Familiarity with corporate social media strategies employee advocacy and engagement analytics.
  • Email platforms Experiencing putting emails together from basic design writing and sourcing/resizing/briefing creative images.
  • Project Management Highly organized detailoriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.

Bonus Skills and Great ToHaves

  • Experience in Employer Branding or Talent Marketing.
  • Familiarity with Workplace Culture & DEIB Communications.
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva Adobe Suite WordPress and video editing software.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to refine content strategies.
  • A portfolio of your creative Marketing masterpieces.
