Mission
Sela Public Charter School (Sela PCS) offers children of all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds in the District of Columbia from PreK to 5th grade the opportunity to achieve academic excellence in a safe nurturing environment that focuses on Hebrew language immersion promotes the value of diversity and provides the skills for taking action in the world.

Job Responsibilities
- Work 1on1 with students with disabilities
- Understand and implement the students Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Create a positive relationship with the student and their family
- Participate in recess snack and other activities daily
- Respond to feedback in a constructive way

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $37471. Sela PCS offers medical dental and vision benefitsto dedicated aides.
