Job Description
Clinic Front Desk/Customer Service $28$30/hour
Pay: $28$30 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Clinical/Dayshift Hours (typically between 7am7pm depending on the assignment)
Location: St. Louis Park MN and St. Paul MN.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone promptly
- Patient registration and scheduling
- Accepting insurance copays
- Assisting with appointmentsand referrals to specialty clinics
- Insurance and demographic information updates
- Administrative duties as needed

- Up to 48 hours of PTO accrual per year (based on hours worked)

Qualifications:
- Previous Front desk and EPIC experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Good Tone of voice
- Ability to articulate communication
- Must have great attendance/timeliness
