The Role: Account Manager

CorruKraft Orora is seeking dynamic Account Manager to provide key relationship management account management inventory management and performance improvement services for one or more major customers.

  • This position will report to the: Vice President of Sales
  • Location: Hybrid
  • FLSA Status: Exempt

What Youll be Responsible For in this Role

In this role the Account Manager operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned customers and developing and improving strong customer relationships to ensure contract renewal. Account Managers identify new opportunities for cost and profit improvements to manage overall account profitability.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages account order flow quoting activities and reporting to ensure the highest levels of customer service while achieving efficiencies cost reductions and margin improvements.
  • Troubleshoots local service or product quality issues.
  • Inventory Management Works with Customers and Sales team to ensure inventory is adequate to service customer needs.
  • Oversees costing pricing and invoicing. Moves invoicing discrepancies through to resolution.
  • Resolves order inventory and delivery challenges by working with the customers and our customer service purchasing and warehouse teams to solve problems.
  • Engages with customers ahead of seasonal rollouts new product introductions and process changes to ensure the highest levels of customer service and performance delivery.
  • Develops proposals and delivers sales presentations.
  • Identifies new opportunities for cost and profit improvements to manage overall account profitability.
  • Other related responsibilities required to achieve the highest levels of customer service efficiency and profitability.

What Were Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Professional Sales Quality Management Industrial Engineering or a closely related field or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience managing process improvements to improve customer service efficiencies cost reductions and improved profitability.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing with business to business sales experience interacting with high profile customers
  • Strong Excel skills for heavy spreadsheet use in tracking reporting and following up.
  • Strong organization skills that allows the Associate Account Manager to be aware of all sales and operations real time.
  • Multitasking with ease is a must operating independently.
  • A strong customer service orientation with a desire to make contributions that solve problems and assist the customers in meeting their business needs.
  • Strong communications skills with a problemsolving orientation.
  • An ability to pleasantly influence all parts of the supply chain to deliver accurate shipments on time.
  • A car is required for some local travel.
