What Youll Do:
- Manage and respond to all internet leads phone inquiries and digital sales opportunities.
- Drive appointment setting followups and lead conversion to maximize sales.
- Optimize the online customer experience ensuring quick and professional communication.
- Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation and online engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads followups and customer interactions.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive internet sales BDC or ecommerce sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a highperforming team.
- A customerfirst mindset with excellent communication and digital engagement skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software lead management tools and online sales platforms.
- Goaldriven and performanceoriented with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
