Job Responsibilities & Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Provide treasury support to Treasury Heads.
- Manage and mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure daily adherence to forex limits.
- Make timely hedging decisions to comply with exposure norms.
- Manage liquidity and plan cash flows effectively.
- Ensure surplus cash is utilized efficiently and overdrafts are minimized.
- Track daily cash flows and create shortterm to longterm cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure liquidity is maintained at the lowest possible cost.
- Oversee borrowing and investment activities.
- Negotiate banking agreements including credit facilities.
- Make borrowing and investment decisions within the defined policy framework.
- Manage trade and supply chain finance.
- Oversee crossborder distributor financing and supplier financing.
- Handle guarantees SBLC/LCs and crossborder payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks credit rating agencies and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure correct accounting and regulatory compliance in all treasury transactions for the group.
- Manage hedging and risk strategies.
- Oversee cash and working capital management.
- Manage investment portfolios.
- Ensure treasury accounting and regulatory compliance.
