Job Overview

PROST is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join its dynamic team in Hyderabad. This midlevel fulltime position is designed for individuals with a strong background in restaurant management. Ideal candidates will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations ensuring quality service and efficiency in a fastpaced F&B setting.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven proficiency in customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive dining experience.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to handle unforeseen challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear dialogue between staff management and customers.
  • Superior time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
  • High attention to detail necessary for maintaining quality and consistency in service and food presentation.
  • Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing situations and customer needs within the fastpaced service industry.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and foster a collaborative team environment for achieving common goals.
  • Technical skills relevant to restaurant operations including management of ordering systems and inventory tools.
  • Must be from Brewery background.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage staff schedules provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations within the restaurant.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and implement improvements in service quality.
  • Analyze financial data and reports to monitor revenue and manage expenses effectively.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to curate and update menu offerings based on customer preferences.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to boost dining reservations and enhance brand presence locally.
