Job Profile:
Office managers essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a daytoday
basis.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing meetings and managing databases
Booking transport and accommodation
Organizing company events or conferences
Ordering stationery and furniture
Dealing with correspondence complaints and queries
Preparing letters presentations and reports
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
Managing office budgets
Liaising with staff suppliers and clients
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Delegating tasks to junior teammates
Organizing induction programmes for new teammates
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Using a range of software packages
Attending meetings with senior management
Assisting the organizations HR function by keeping personnel records up to date arranging interviews and so on.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISITE
Graduate from affiliated university
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITE
Knowledge of MS Office (Especially MS Excel is a must)
Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS REQUISITE
Experience in an administrative role
Other skills required: time management flexibility knowledge of software packages
Analytical and problemsolving skills selfstarter and be able to work independently.
Ability to learn quickly work on tight deadlines and adapt to change.
A keen eye for details.
Strong Negotiation skills
