Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Womens Health Nurse Practitioner at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton Virginia.
The Womens Health Nurse Practitioner contract position offers:
- Monday Friday 7:30 4:30pm
- Outpatient Clinic
- No Nights Weekend or Holidays
- No OnCall
- Stable Patient Population

Job Requirements:
The Womens Health Nurse Practitioner position will have the following requirements:
- Masters Degree from an approved OB/GYN or womens health nurse practitioner program
- Or masters degree from an approved Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife program will be accepted with womens health/gynecology experience
- National Certification through NCC ANCC AANP or AMCB
- Any State License
- Two years of experience in past three years
Job Duties:
- Perform physical examinations on women including gynecological conditions such as contraception infertility menopause
- Order screening and diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound mammography
- Perform and interpret screening procedures to include cervical screening endometrial biopsies colposcopies and IUD insertion
- Prescribe therapies and medications
