The Opportunity: Were selectively seeking an experienced senior technician to join our tenured tight knit team and to add value to the development and expansion of our residential and commercial services. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new venture within a wellestablished company. Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and retrofit
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
- Commitment to excellence integrity and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Pay & Benefits:
- $37$45/hour plus commissions and performance incentives
