Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity Mercy Health Lima OHMercy Health St. Ritas Medical Center in Lima Ohio is seeking a motivated BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a growing multispecialty program.Candidate must be fellowship trained with a passion for cardiac and thoracic surgery. Experience in minimally invasive surgery including complex valve repair and replacement minimally invasive valve surgery aortic procedures including complex aneurysms and dissections VATS Robotics and coronary artery bypass grafting is preferred.The Mercy Health Physicians St. Ritas Heart & Vascular Program has 6 employed cardiologists with 3 interventional cardiologist and 1 EP specialist. Excellent support from 4 APCs for the OR floor and ambulatory setting. Board certified Vascular Surgeons are also a part of the service line as well as a communitybased heart and vascular specialist supporting the service line.Highlights140 cardiac cases (excluding structural or thoracic cases) with tremendous room to grow.Call 1:3 1016 days/month.ACC Transcatheter Valve Accreditation (One of 4 in Ohio)Level 2 Trauma CenterECMO on siteStroke Certified CenterJoint Commission AMI Certified with Level III Cardiac Cath Lab.TAVR AccreditedThe only Sepsis Center of Excellence in Ohio.424 bed Medical Center with excellent subspecialty supporto10 county catchment area with a population of 480000Perfusionists onsite NP & PA supportCompetitive compensation & benefit packageThis is not a J1 qualified area.
