Stryker is seeking to hire a Senior Manager R&D Engineering with a focus in product development to support Strykers Joint Replacement division. This role will support new product development. This role is hybrid and located in Mahwah NJ.

Job Description:
What you will do:
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple teams to align goals resolve challenges and drive project success.
- Collaborate across business units to ensure the seamless of initiatives and crossfunctional integration.
- Translate vision into results championing project vision and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Lead complex projects managing largescale initiatives and guiding teams through ambiguity.
- Shape strategy and innovation contributing to the development of futurefocused implants utilizing robotics applications.
- Develop and execute shared roadmaps working with teams across Stryker.
- Drive efficiency and scalability optimizing inventory management cost structures and global operations.
- Push boundaries thinking beyond traditional solutions to advance technology and business impact.
What You Need:
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering is required for the role
- 10 years of experience in Engineering roles
- Prior people management experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience leading teams.
- Experience managing largescale complex projects particularly with stakeholder management.
- Previous experience in New Product Development (NPD).
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with crossfunctional collaboration.
- An interest in or prior experience with robotics and enabling technologies with a strong background in mechanical design.
