Job Summary
The first point of contact for clients needing assistance with their insurance and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries by phone email and fax
Researching of doctor and prescriptions through websites
Outbound calls to clients to confirm appointments and verifying information needed for the client and advisors meeting.
Builds a positive client relationship through collaboration and trust
Updates and maintains the client CSR database
Processing claims on the clients behalf
Advocating for the client through escalations on service challenges
Other tasks and projects assigned by CRM
Primary Skills & Requirements:

Web based research and CSR cloudbased system
