About the role:
Our client has been an Industry leader in the legal space for over 20 years and are looking for a Controller to join their team.
This role will report into the CEO and be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Oversee all accounting trust accounts payroll and financial reporting (GAAP compliant).
Manage cash flow working capital banking audits and tax compliance.
Implement internal controls and safeguard financial assets.
Lead budgeting forecasting financial modeling and variance analysis.
Advise leadership on growth pricing cost savings and revenue strategies.
Develop KPI dashboards to monitor business performance across 10offices.
Mentor finance team and improve financial processes.
Coordinate audits filings and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Must be CPA designated.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have experience with multilocations
- System savvy
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
