You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior International Business Development professional to lead and execute our endtoend sales efforts on a global scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying nurturing and closing international business opportunities while working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the global market strong strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct indepth market research to identify trends opportunities and potential markets for our products/services.
Analyze market dynamics competitive landscape and regulatory factors to inform business development strategies.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
Identify and qualify potential international clients partners and distributors.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy considering shortterm and longterm objectives.
Develop detailed sales plans for each target market outlining key milestones and deliverables.
Negotiation and Deal Closing:
Manage the endtoend sales process from initial contact to negotiation and final contract closure.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk management.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients partners and stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Collaborate with product development marketing and operational teams to align strategies and deliver value to international clients.
Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track and report on sales performance revenue and market expansion progress.
Identify areas for improvement and make datadriven recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business International Relations or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record in international business development and endtoend sales with at least 2 years of experience.
Experience in working with International Clients (USAUKUAE will be an added advantage)
Experience in Working with IT/Software or Digital Marketing Organizations.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
Proficiency in using market analysis tools.
Strategic thinking and the ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities.
