Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Bar Staff to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to our vibrant and exciting atmosphere over our busy festive period.

Position: Bar Staff Member
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner ensuring a positive customer experience
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following recipes and guidelines
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately utilizing our pointofsale systems
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor and maintain stock levels restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy periods
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and licensing regulations
Requirements:
- Previous bar experience is essential with a strong understanding of bar operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work effectively under pressure multitask and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in handling cash transactions
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours
- Must be at least 18 years old
