The Role:
As an Automotive Salesperson at CDJR of Gilroy you will play a vital role in delivering a topnotch carbuying experience. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs present vehicle options and guide them through the sales process. The ideal candidate is customerfocused selfmotivated and passionate about automobiles with a commitment to achieving personal and dealership sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their needs and preferences to provide a personalized vehicle selection experience.
Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in an engaging and professional manner.
Guide customers through the entire sales process from vehicle selection and negotiation to closing the deal.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships providing ongoing support and followup after the sale.
Achieve individual sales targets contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of product offerings features and market trends.
Collaborate with finance service and management teams to ensure a smooth seamless buying process for customers.
Participate in dealership events promotions and community outreach efforts.
Utilize dealership CRM software to manage leads track customer interactions and follow up effectively.
What You Bring:
Strong passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain longterm relationships.
Detailoriented with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not requiredtraining will be provided.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Enthusiasm for working in a team environment.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic sales environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay with an earning range of $80000 to $200000 per year (including base salary commissions and bonuses).
