We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team at the Sydney office. These roles are pivotal in supporting our team with the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services contributing to our continued growth and success.



Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced SeniorAsset ManagementAdvisor to join our team at the Melbourne office. This role is pivotal in supporting our team with the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services contributing to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Processes and Development: Manage and develop business processes organisational structures and the delivery of asset management and FM services in both public and private sectors.
  • Implementation of Standards: Work with recognised international standards such as ISO55000 or ISO41000.
  • Client Engagements: Manage multiple client engagements ensuring the delivery of project outcomes within time and budget constraints.
  • Procurement Process: Manage the asset management and FM services procurement process including development of specifications KPIs payment mechanisms evaluation and contract negotiation.
  • System Management: Work with FM or asset management systems to deliver project outcomes.
  • Communication and Analysis: Maintain strong written and verbal communication capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Access and Project).


Skills And Experiences

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A tertiary qualification in Business Building Asset Management or Facilities Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years commercial experience across asset management and FM services procurement processes.
  • Accreditation: Accreditation with an industry body such as FMA IFMA IAM IPWEA RICS or AIQS.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Access and Project).
  • Communication: Highlevel verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously or within a team to deliver project outcomes.

  • Team Player: Effective organisational and communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
