Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem opportunities in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Bellevue WA. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications treatments and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patients care plan
- Document assessments care activities and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plans
- Conduct routine patient screenings and assessments such as TB screening
- Demonstrate compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on providing highquality longterm and shortterm patient care
- Location: Bellevue WA
- Contract Type: Per Diem (flexible shifts)
- Shift Schedule: Night shifts available with options for additional shifts
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates degree in Nursing or equivalent required
- Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state
- Certification: Current BLS certification required
- Experience: SNF or longterm care experience preferred
- Two positive work references
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in a smokefree drugfree environment; nonsmoker preferred
