- Marketing and Sales meeting with new and existing clients.
- Vendor development to source the most competitive cost for placement of trucks
- Administration of branches in his region / zone.
- Customer visits and ensure to answer all customer complaints and enquiries.
- Participate in Ebidding for Customer contracts
- Travel to branches for audit and control very month.
- Reporting to MD for any future opportunities.
- Should be fluent with English / Hindi and Local language if any.
- Should have a good track record
- Should be well versed with Excel / Word / emails.
Submit quotes for new tenders and repeat tenders
- Do complete market survey to find suitable vendors regularly.
- Full Truck load placements as per order received from customer
- Negotiatewith brokers / truck owners and place trucks on time.
- Verifyadvance / balance payments of vendors
- Tracking of trucks and ensure on time delivery.
- Proof Of delivery (POD) collection
- Proper control and coordination withcustomer.
- Should have goodknowledge of Truck market for placement of over 400 trucks a month.
